In order to of determining the response of the yield and grain quality of the Lima bean (Phaseolus lunatus L.) cultivar Precoz to inoculation with rhizobacteria and mycorrhizae in Subtanjalla - Ica, the present investigation was planned in the spring-summer season, testing six treatments: T1: Bacillus sp + Bradyrhizobium sp., T2: Bacillus sp. + Bradyrhizobium sp.+ Mycorrhizae, T3: Bacillus sp. + Bradyrhizobium sp.+ Mycorrhiza + Mycorrhiza, T4: Mycorrhiza + mycorrhiza, T5: NPK+ Control and T6: Absolute Control, in Block Design Completely Random (DBCA), with four repetitions. Planting was carried out in the month of September with a 0.80 x 0.40 m planting frame, with gravity irrigation. The results obtained showed that T3 obtained the best averages, surpassing the other treatments in the variables: length of the aerial and root part, number of nodules, dry weight of the aerial and root biomass, number of pods per plant, including displacing the fertilized T5. It also stood out with 72% healthy grain, surpassing the other treatments, without significant difference. There was no significant difference in the Nitrogen content in the grain, highlighting T5, T4 and T3 with 2.95, 2.93 and 2.86% of N, respectively. Regarding grain yield, the best averages were obtained by T4, T3 and T2, treatments that consisted of the application of mycorrhizae, alone or combined with the selected strains of rhizobacteria with 3,963.48; 3,926.25 and 3,883.83 kg ha-1, respectively, surpassing the fertilized control that obtained 3,557.67 kg ha-1, although without a significant difference.
