Abstract
Se investigó con el objetivo de conocer las diferencias significativas en los principales valores cefalométricos de tejidos duros en telerradiografías laterales de mestizos en la ciudad de Ica, mediante medidas angulares y lineales de los tejidos duros que por el mestizaje producen deficiencias en el crecimiento de los maxilares por la mezcla migratoria. En el Análisis de BURSTONE Y LEGAN en mestizos colombianos se empleó estadística no paramétrica encontrando diferencias significativas en los principales valores cefalométricos de (BURSTONE Y LEGAN) donde la medida vertical anterior del plano oclusal al plano de Frankfort se Encontraron 35 teleradiografías muestrales con valores mayores.
En la medida lineal (La media del N-ENA - FH la norma51mm. Se encontraron 45 teleradiografías muestrales mayores que la norma de los principales valores cefalométricos. N-ENP + PH la norma (53.9mm.) se encontraron 61 teleradiografías muestrales de valores mayores que la norma de los valores principales cefalométricos.
PLANO PALATINO AL INCISIVO SUPERIOR, se encontraron 50 teleradiografías de los valores principales cefalométricos, presentando valores menores que la norma de los principales valores cefalométricos lo que indica diferencias significativas.
PLANO PALATINO AL MOLAR SUPERIOR, se encontraron 37 teleradiografías de los valores principales cefalométricos y se determinó diferencias significativas en las medidas lineales del el tercio medio facial de valores mayores que la norma se recomienda tener en cuenta estos valores en el desarrollo de la ortodoncia correctiva.

It was investigated with the objective of knowing the significant differences in the main cephalometric values of hard tissues in lateral teleradiographies of mestizos in the city of Ica, through angular and linear measurements of the hard tissues that, due to miscegenation, produce deficiencies in the growth of the jaws due to the migratory mixture. In the BURSTONE AND LEGAN Analysis in Colombian mestizos, non-parametric statistics were used, finding significant differences in the main cephalometric values of (BURSTONE AND LEGAN) where the angle of the occlusal plane to the Frankfort plane was found in 35 sample teleradiographs with higher values. In the linear measure (The mean of the N-ENA - FH) valor 51 mm. 45 sample teleradiographies were found greater than the norm of the main cephalometric values. N-ENP + PH valor 53.9 mm. 61 sample teleradiographs with values greater than the norm of the main cephalometric values were found.
PALATINE PLANE TO THE UPPER INCISOR, 50 teleradiographies of the main cephalometric values were found, presenting values lower than the norm of the main cephalometric values, which indicates significant differences.
PALATINE PLANE TO UPPER MOLAR, 37 teleradiographies of the main cephalometric values were found and significant differences were determined in the linear measurements of the middle third of the face with values greater than the norm. It is recommended to take these values into account in the development of corrective orthodontics.
