Resumen
La Tesis “Deficiente notificación judicial y retraso procesal en el módulo civil de la
corte superior de justicia de Ayacucho, 2022” tuvo como objetivo principal demostrar la
relación entre las variables del estudio.
Su realización desde el punto de vista legal se hizo realidad considerando las
siguientes normas legales: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley
Universitaria; el Estatuto de la UNICA; Normatividad Civil; la Resolución Rectoral 029
2021-4, Líneas de Investigación UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento
de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la
Elaboración del Proyecto, Informe Final de Tesis UNICA.
En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta, Análisis
Documental y los instrumentos de recojo de datos: Cuestionario sobre deficiente
notificación judicial; Guía de Análisis Documental sobre retraso procesal en el campo del
derecho civil.
De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que: entre la deficiente notificación judicial y
retraso procesal en el Módulo Civil de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Ayacucho, 2022,
existe una relación significativa; entre el inadecuado diligenciamiento de las notificaciones
y retraso del desempeño judicial del personal en el Módulo Civil de la Corte Superior de
Justicia de Ayacucho, 2022, existe una relación muy estrecha; entre el rol de los justiciables
y demora en el retorno de las cédulas diligenciadas en el Módulo Civil de la Corte Superior
de Justicia de Ayacucho, 2022, existe una relación muy importante.
The main objective of the Thesis "Deficient judicial notification and procedural delay in the civil module of the superior court of justice of Ayacucho, 2022" was to demonstrate the relationship between the variables of the study. Its realization from the legal point of view became a reality considering the following legal norms: the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law; the Statute of UNICA; Civil Regulations; Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-4, UNICA Research Lines; Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, UNICA Degrees and Degrees Regulations and Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of the Project, UNICA Final Thesis Report. In the data collection process, the Survey Technique, Documentary Analysis and data collection instruments were used: Questionnaire on deficient judicial notification; Guide to Documentary Analysis on procedural delay in the field of civil law. From the results obtained, it can be deduced that: between the deficient judicial notification and procedural delay in the Civil Module of the Superior Court of Justice of Ayacucho, 2022, there is a significant relationship; between the inadequate processing of notifications and delay in the judicial performance of the staff in the Civil Module of the Superior Court of Justice of Ayacucho, 2022, there is a very close relationship; between the role of litigants and the delay in the return of the ballots filed in the Civil Module of the Superior Court of Justice of Ayacucho, 2022, there is a very important relationship.
