To determine the relationship between the labor reality of technical personnel and quality of care in pharmacies in the province of Nasca. Methodological strategy. Basic type study, quantitative approach, non-experimental-transversal design and descriptive-correlational scope; a survey and questionnaire were used on a sample of 54 technical workers and 54 clients-patients; non-probabilistic sampling by convenience; the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25 statistical software and Spearman's Rho method were used for data analysis. Results. In the first specific objective, a moderate positive correlation of 0.581 and a low negative correlation of -0.370 were determined; in the second specific objective, a high positive correlation of 0.963 was determined; in the third specific objective, a low negative correlation of -0.385 and a moderate positive correlation of 0.467 were determined; in the fourth specific objective, a degree of professional intrusiveness of 57.4% was determined, which had a moderate negative correlation with the quality of care, yielding a Spearman's Rho of -0.454; and in the fifth specific objective, differences were found, such as: less supervision, lower percentage of overtime and lower pay in independent versus chain pharmacies, higher levels of security and empathy in independent versus chain pharmacies; but lower levels in tangible elements, sensitivity, reliability and accessibility. Conclusion. It is concluded that there is a relationship between the study variables labor reality and quality of care.
