Análisis del principio de oportunidad en el Código Procesal Penal y reducción de carga procesal en el Poder Judicial del distrito de Ica, año 2020

Abstract

En este caso pasamos a desarrollar uno de los problemas que hoy en día vienen causando profunda problemática de índole jurídico, familiar, económico, social, cultural, etc., y que es materia y causa por la que muchas familias se encuentran desintegradas justamente por los actos de violencia en contra de las mujeres e integrantes del vínculo familiar, nos estamos refiriendo al análisis del principio de oportunidad a la luz del código procesal penal y de qué manera influye en la reducción de la carga procesal durante la secuela de los procesos penales que se vienen ventilando en el poder judicial del distrito de Ica. Encontramos en el capítulo I cual es la Introducción, donde se desarrolla en si una breve antesala del contenido de la investigación. Es así que tenemos los antecedentes internacional, nacional y local, llegando a tratar las conclusiones que arribaron los autores de las investigaciones que nos anteceden. Acto seguido, avizoramos la base teórica, que es la más extensa. Luego damos algunas definiciones de palabras que tienen relación directa al tema. En ese orden hallaremos el marco filosófico. Luego, tocamos los problemas. principal y específicas, luego los objetivos generales y específicos, las variables, las hipótesis, operacionalización de las variables, etc.
