Procedimiento especial de desalojo con intervención notarial y su incidencia en los principios procesales, en los juzgados de paz letrado de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Ica, 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación se titula: “PROCEDIMIENTO ESPECIAL DE DESALOJO CON INTERVENCIÓN NOTARIAL Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LOS PRINCIPIOS PROCESALES, EN LOS JUZGADOS DE PAZ LETRADO DE LA CORTE SUPERIOR DE JUSTICIA DE ICA, 2021”, el cual presenta el siguiente problema general: ¿ De qué manera, la tramitación del procedimiento especial de desalojo con intervención notarial incide en los principios procesales, en los Juzgados de Paz Letrado de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Ica, 2021?, y en donde se señala el siguiente objetivo general: Establecer la manera en que la tramitación del procedimiento especial de desalojo con intervención notarial incide en los principios procesales, en los Juzgados de Paz Letrado de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Ica, 2021. En ese sentido, se precisa la siguiente hipótesis: La tramitación del procedimiento especial de desalojo con intervención notarial inciden negativamente en los principios procesales, en los Juzgados de Paz Letrado de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Ica, 2021. Por ello, se desarrolló el análisis y tratamiento de datos desde la óptica teórico-jurídico de la tramitación del procedimiento especial de desalojo con intervención notarial y su incidencia en los principios procesales. En intención de corroborar la hipótesis general planteada en el presente trabajo investigativo, se efectuaron técnicas e instrumentos que permitieron la recolección de datos, tales como la encuesta, ello es constatado en el capítulo de resultados. The present investigation is titled: “SPECIAL EVICTION PROCEDURE WITH NOTARIAL INTERVENTION AND ITS IMPACT ON THE PROCEDURAL PRINCIPLES, IN THE COURTS OF PEACE LETTER OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF JUSTICE OF ICA, 2021”, which presents the following general problem: In what way, the processing of the special eviction procedure with notarial intervention affects the procedural principles, in the Legal Peace Courts of the Superior Court of Justice of Ica, 2021?, and where the following general objective is indicated: Establish the manner in which the processing of the special eviction procedure with notarial intervention affects the procedural principles, in the Legal Peace Courts of the Superior Court of Justice of Ica, 2021. In that sense, the following hypothesis is specified: The processing of the special procedure of eviction with notarial intervention have a negative impact on the procedural principles, in the Legal Peace Courts of the Superior Court of Justice of Ica, 2021. Therefore, the analysis and processing of data was developed from the theoretical-legal perspective of the processing of the special eviction procedure with notarial intervention and its impact on procedural principles. To corroborate the general hypothesis raised in this research work, techniques and instruments were used that allowed the collection of data, such as the survey, which is confirmed in the results chapter.
