Resumen
La investigación tuvo por objetivo Determinar la incidencia de la gestión por
competencias en la optimización de resultados en las instituciones educativas estatales del distrito
de Tinguiña – Ica, año 2023. La metodología empleada fue de un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo
Básica. En cuanto al alcance de investigación fue descriptiva, el diseño fue no experimental,
específicamente el descriptivo simple. La población estuvo conformada por 242 trabajadores de
las Instituciones Educativas estatales del distrito de Tinguiña – Ica, la muestra estuvo conformada
por 149 trabajadores. Para la recolección de información se usó las técnicas de observación,
encuesta y el análisis documental; como instrumento de investigación se tuvo en cuenta la ficha
de registro de datos y cuestionario. Para el análisis e interpretación de los resultados se utilizó la
estadística descriptiva e inferencial mediante el programa SPSS versión 26. Los resultados
indican que, el 63.1% de los trabajadores de las instituciones educativas estales consideran que
están de acuerdo con el desarrollo institucional y las competencias del trabajador, el 30.2% en
desacuerdo, en cambio el 6.7% se mostraron indecisos. Y como conclusión se tiene que, se
determinó que la gestión por competencias incide significativamente en la optimización de
resultados de las instituciones educativas estatales del distrito de Tinguiña – Ica, año 2023. Esto
de acuerdo con el coeficiente de Rho de Spearman, donde el p-valor =0.000 obtenido es menor al nivel de significación de 0.05; con un nivel de correspondencia positiva alta de 0.779.
The research aimed to Determine the incidence of competency-based management in optimizing results in state educational institutions in the Tinguiña - Ica district, year 2023. The methodology used was a quantitative approach, of a Basic type. Regarding the research scope, it was descriptive, the design was non-experimental, specifically simple descriptive. The population consisted of 242 workers from state educational institutions in the Tinguiña - Ica district, the sample consisted of 149 workers. For data collection, observation, survey, and documentary analysis techniques were used; the research instrument considered was the data registration form and questionnaire. For the analysis and interpretation of the results, descriptive and inferential statistics were used using the SPSS version 26 program. The results indicate that 63.1% of the workers of state educational institutions consider that they agree with the institutional development and the recommendations. the worker's skills, 30.2% disagreed, while 6.7% were undecided. And in conclusion, it was determined that management by competencies significantly affects the optimization of results of the state educational institutions of the district of Tinguiña – Ica, year 2023. This is in accordance with Spearman's Rho coefficient, where the p -value =0.000 obtained is less than the significance level of 0.05; with a high positive correspondence level of 0.779.
