Problemática municipal y desarrollo económico-social en el distrito de Pueblo Nuevo, Chincha, región Ica al 2022, enfoque jurídico

Abstract

La Tesis “PROBLEMÁTICA MUNICIPAL Y DESARROLLO ECONÓMICO-SOCIAL EN EL DISTRITO DE PUEBLO NUEVO, CHINCHA, REGIÓN ICA AL 2022, ENFOQUE JURÍDICO” demuestra la relación entre las variables formuladas en el contexto y período de tiempo indicado. Hacerla realidad fue posible desde el punto de vista legar gracias a la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria; el Estatuto de la UNICA; Código Civil, Código Procesal Civil; la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-R, Líneas de Investigación UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración del Proyecto, Informe Final de Tesis UNICA. En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta e Instrumentos de Recolección de Datos: Cuestionario sobre problemática municipal; Cuestionario sobre desarrollo económico-social. De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que: entre problemática municipal y desarrollo económico-social en el Distrito de Pueblo Nuevo, Chincha, Región Ica al año 2022 , se da una relación muy importante; entre seguridad ciudadana y el desarrollo económico en el Distrito de Pueblo, Nuevo, Chincha, Región Ica al año 2022, se da una relación muy significativa; entre limpieza pública y desarrollo social en el Distrito de Pueblo Nuevo, Chincha, Región Ica al año 2022, se produce una relación muy estrecha.

The Thesis "MUNICIPAL PROBLEMS AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE DISTRICT OF PUEBLO NUEVO, CHINCHA, ICA REGION TO 2022, LEGAL APPROACH" demonstrates the relationship between the variables formulated in the context and period of time indicated. Making it a reality was possible from the legal point of view thanks to the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law; the Statute of UNICA; Civil Code, Code of Civil Procedure; Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-R, UNICA Research Lines; Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, UNICA Degrees and Degrees Regulations and Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of the Project, UNICA Final Thesis Report. In the data collection process, the Survey Technique and Data Collection Instruments were used: Questionnaire on municipal problems; Questionnaire on socio-economic development. From the results obtained, it can be deduced that: between municipal problems and economic-social development in the District of Pueblo Nuevo, Chincha, Ica Region as of 2022, there is a very important relationship; between citizen security and economic development in the District of Pueblo, Nuevo, Chincha, Ica Region by 2022, there is a very significant relationship; between public cleaning and social development in the District of Pueblo Nuevo, Chincha, Ica Region by 2022, there is a very close relationship.
