El control gubernamental de la contraloría a través de las audiencias públicas provinciales en la provincia de Pisco - Ica, 2018

Abstract

En el desarrollo de la investigación de uno de los pocos temas que se tratan a nivel de pre y posgrado; pero gracias a mi inquietud de estudio, análisis y sobre todo de visualizar la realidad me permite tratar sobre el control gubernamental de la contraloría a través de las audiencias públicas provinciales en la Provincia de Pisco- Ica, 2018.” Bases teóricas, es la que nos permite realizar la búsqueda de los antecedentes a nivel internacional, nacional y local de trabajos que tengan similitud en relación al que estamos tratando. De igual manera una ilustración del marco teórico que han sido recogidos de autores principales que también han tratado asuntos que tienen similitud con mi trabajo. Finalmente, se desarrollan definiciones de términos, para un mejor entendimiento Problemas de Investigación, la misma que es la médula principal de la referida investigación, y que comprende a su vez el desarrollo del problema principal y los específicos, pero siempre que tengan relación al tema. Hipótesis y variables, de igual manera se desarrolla la hipótesis en este caso: general y específicas. Asimismo, las variables que tienen directa participación, desarrollo y aspectos colaterales de los actos que guardan relación con actos de corrupción, en este caso concreto que tengan importancia en los funcionarios que son representantes de las entidades públicas. Objetivos, en relación a este capítulo se desprende que el objetivo general y los específicos atacan en forma directa el camino adonde se quiere llegar con la única finalidad de encontrar las bases, raíces y nacimiento de los delitos tratados, a fin de que se encuentre la fórmula de encontrar algunas soluciones frente a los casos de las audiencias públicas para saber y conocer los casos y avances de la entidad. Estrategia metodológica, continuando con ello, se tiene a bien señalar el método que se ha utilizado, así como los aspectos para el desarrollo final de la presente investigación. Hypothesis and variables, in the same way the hypothesis is developed in this case: general and specific. Likewise, the variables that have direct participation, development and collateral aspects of the acts that are related to acts of corruption, in this specific case that have importance in the officials who are representatives of public entities. Objectives, in relation to this chapter it can be deduced that the general objective and the specific ones directly attack the path where one wants to arrive with the sole purpose of finding the bases, roots and origin of the crimes dealt with, in order to find the formula to find some solutions to the cases of the public hearings to know and know the cases and progress of the entity. Methodological strategy, continuing with this, it is kindly indicated the method that has been used, as well as the aspects for the final development of the present investigation. Likewise, the aspect of the conclusions and recommendations is developed. so that in the final part we touch the questionnaire.
