Abstract
Identificar el tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes con COVID 19 que padecen enfermedades crónicas que se atienden en el Centro de Salud de Querco 2021.
Tipo de investigación aplicada, prospectiva, observacional y transversal. La población estuvo constituida por todos los pacientes que se atienden en el Centro de Salud de Querco; la muestra fue de 110 pacientes después de aplicar los criterios de selección. Se realizó una revisión de las historias clínicas y recetas.
Del total de pacientes con COVID 19 que presentan enfermedades crónicas, 40 recibieron el tratamiento 1 que incluye la Glibenclamida, Metformina, Losartán, Captopril, Azitromicina y Paracetamol, seguido de 28 pacientes que recibieron el tratamiento 2 que incluye la Glibenclamida, Metformina, Azitromicina, Paracetamol y Acetilcisteína. La enfermedad crónica no transmisible con más prevalencia en pacientes con COVID 19 que fueron atendidos en el Centro de Salud de Querco 2021, fue la diabetes mellitus tipo II, seguido de la hipertensión arterial. Los pacientes con edades de 18 a 30, 31 a 45 y de 46 a 75 años respectivamente recibieron en mayor proporción el tratamiento 2 cuando se infectaron con el COVID 19. Los varones recibieron en mayor proporción, el tratamiento 1 cuando se infectaron con el COVID 19, mientras que las mujeres recibieron el tratamiento 2.
El tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes con COVID 19 que padecen enfermedades crónicas que se atienden en el Centro de Salud de Querco 2021, es el tratamiento 1, en el que se prescriben Glibenclamida, Metformina, Losartán, Captopril, Azitromicina y Paracetamol.

To identify the pharmacological treatment in patients with COVID 19 who suffer from chronic diseases who are treated at the Querco 2021 Health Center.
Type of applied, prospective, observational and cross-sectional research. The population consisted of all the patients who are treated at the Querco Health Center; the sample was 110 patients after applying the selection criteria. A review of medical records and prescriptions was performed.
Of the total number of patients with COVID 19 who have chronic diseases, 40 received treatment 1 that includes Glibenclamide, Metformin, Losartan, Captopril, Azithromycin and Paracetamol, followed by 28 patients who received treatment 2 that includes Glibenclamide, Metformin, Azithromycin, Paracetamol and Acetylcysteine. The most prevalent chronic noncommunicable disease in patients with COVID 19 who were treated at the Querco 2021Health Center was type II diabetes mellitus, followed by high blood pressure. Patients aged 18 to 30, 31 to 45, and 46 to 75 years, respectively, received treatment 2 in a greater proportion when they were infected with COVID 19. Men received treatment 1 in a greater proportion when they were infected with COVID 19, while women received treatment 2.
The pharmacological treatment in patients with COVID 19 who suffer from chronic diseases who are treated at the Querco 2021 Health Center is treatment 1, in which Glibenclamide, Metformin, Losartan, Captopril, Azithromycin and Paracetamol are prescribed.
