contenedores, 70% elimina diariamente residuos no peligrosos y 50% elimina
The development of this research begins by considering the objective of designing a proposal for a Comprehensive Plan for the Management and Management of hazardous and non-hazardous solid waste of the veterinary clinics of the Province of Ica, 2022, since there is a lot of ignorance of the veterinary staff about solid waste management. Therefore, a correlational descriptive level research was used, a non-experimental – cross-sectional design where 10 veterinarians and 180 residents of the area were surveyed and given a questionnaire with items on the subject. The results of the four veterinarians showed that there is a higher frequency of waste in consultation, hairdressing and deworming services; being the hairdressing service where there is a greater amount of solid waste; however, 70% of veterinarians who have prior knowledge of the concept of solid waste predominate, 60% if they perform the separation of waste, 80% do not receive training on SR management, 50% have a suitable place for containers, 70% dispose of non-hazardous waste daily and 50% dispose of hazardous waste daily, 80% of veterinary clinics do not have a Comprehensive SR Management Plan. It is concluded that the Solid Waste Plan has been designed with the purpose of reusing waste to reduce the amount of waste generated for clinics and that it would generate profits.
