Resumen
El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional desarrollada para la empresa financiera Interbank
en la mejora de su aplicativo Tunki, por medio de nuestra empresa prestadora de servicios
tecnológicos en el mundo NTT DATA, nace como una necesidad de prestación de mejores
servicios de este aplicativo, debido a los comentarios negativos sobre el mismo. Por lo cual es
objetivo es mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios con el aplicativo Tunki, la metodología para
lograr este objetivo fue SCRUM para el desarrollo y las técnicas de QA para asegurar la calidad
del desarrollo y cumplimiento de los requerimientos establecidos. Los resultados se reflejan en
nuevos comentarios relacionados con la mejora de la utilidad del aplicativo Tunki. Se concluye
que se ha logrado el objetivo de mejorar el aplicativo reflejado en la satisfacción de los clientes.
The present work of professional sufficiency developed for the financial company Interbank in the improvement of its Tunki application, through our technology service provider in the world NTT DATA, was born as a need to provide better services of this application, due to the negative comments about it. Therefore, the objective is to improve the user experience with the Tunki application, the methodology to achieve this goal was SCRUM for the development and QA techniques to ensure the quality of development and compliance with the established requirements. The results are reflected in new comments related to the improvement of the usefulness of the Tunki application. It is concluded that the objective of improving the application has been achieved as reflected in customer satisfaction.
