Abstract
El objetivo fue determinar la relación entre la violencia económica en la relación de pareja y su impacto en la disolución del vínculo matrimonial, Corte Superior de Justicia de Ica, 2024. Metodología fue cuantitativo de tipo correlacional, nivel explicativo y diseño no experimental; la población fue de 3089 abogados, la muestra: 342 abogados, la técnica de recolección de información fue la encuesta y el instrumento: el cuestionario escala de Likert. Resultados el 35.4% está de acuerdo en que la pareja suele quitarle el dinero a algún miembro de su familia. El siguiente grupo está totalmente de acuerdo 28.9% y el último indiferente el 14.6%. Con respecto a los ítems de "en desacuerdo" el 10.2% y "totalmente en desacuerdo el 10.8%; el 43.3 está totalmente de acuerdo, si uno de los cónyuges tiene la custodia de los hijos, se le asignará el derecho a usar la vivienda familiar. El siguiente grupo está de acuerdo 30.4% y el último indiferente el 5.3%. Con respecto a los ítems de "en desacuerdo" el 7.9% y "totalmente en desacuerdo el 13.2% del total de participantes en la encuesta. Conclusión Conforme a la meta primordial establecida y tras su desarrollo en el proceso de investigación, así como a los resultados de la verificación de la hipótesis, cuando el Rho de Sperman con un coeficiente de correlación de 0.736 se acepta la hipótesis alternativa para un p valor < 0.05.
The objective was to determine the relationship between economic violence in intimate partner relationships and its impact on marital dissolution, Superior Court of Justice of Ica, 2024. The methodology was quantitative, correlational, explanatory, and non-experimental. The population consisted of 3,089 lawyers, and the sample comprised 342 lawyers. Data was collected through a survey using a Likert scale questionnaire. Results showed that 35.4% agreed that their partner often takes money from a family member. The next group, 28.9%, strongly agreed, and the last group, 14.6%, was indifferent. Regarding the items "disagree" (10.2%) and "strongly disagree" (10.8%), 43.3% strongly agree that if one spouse has custody of the children, they will be granted the right to use the family home. The next group agrees (30.4%), and the last group is indifferent (5.3%). Regarding the items "disagree" (7.9%) and "strongly disagree" (13.2%) of the total survey participants. Conclusion: In accordance with the primary goal established and its development in the research process, as well as the results of the hypothesis verification, the alternative hypothesis is accepted when Spearman's rho is calculated with a correlation coefficient of 0.736 (p < 0.05).
