Abstract

El trabajo de tesis titulado "Uso y Aplicación de un sistema ERP para el Control de Información de los Alumnos de una Academia Pre-Policial AGUILAS DEL SUR de la Ciudad de Ica" tuvo como objetivo principal analizar el uso de un sistema en una academia pre-policial. El estudio se enfocó en el control de la información de los alumnos y busca evaluar cómo la adopción de un sistema pudo mejorar la gestión de dicha información. La metodología utilizada en la investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo. Se recolectaron datos a través de cuestionarios y se aplicaron técnicas estadísticas para el análisis de los resultados. Entre las conclusiones del estudio se destaca que el uso de un sistema de información puede tener beneficios significativos en el control de la información de los alumnos de la academia. Se observó una mejora en la precisión y oportunidad de la información, así como una mayor eficiencia en el acceso y uso de los datos. Además, se encontró una alta aceptación por parte de los participantes hacia la adopción de un sistema de información en la academia. Las recomendaciones derivadas del estudio incluyen la implementación y capacitación adecuada del personal en el uso del sistema ERP, así como la continuidad del monitoreo y evaluación de su efectividad en el tiempo. Asimismo, propuso el uso de un sistema de información para mejorar el control de la información de los alumnos. Los resultados sugieren que puede generar beneficios significativos y se ofrecen recomendaciones para su implementación y seguimiento.The thesis work entitled "Use and Application of an ERP system for the Control of Student Information of an AGUILAS DEL SUR Pre-Police Academy of the City of Ica" had as main objective to analyze the use of a system in a pre-police academy. -police. Likewise, he proposed the use of an information system to improve the control of student information. The results suggest that it can generate significant benefits and recommendations are offered for its implementation and monitoring.
