Calidad de la gestión directiva y su relación con el compromiso institucional en docentes de la Institución Educativa “Gabino Chacaltana Hernández” de Pueblo Nuevo, Ica

Resumen
La docencia es una profesión cuya actividad evoluciona en la medida en que se produzcan
cambios en la sociedad. Estos cambios exigen a los profesores que adopten las medidas
correspondientes para hacer frente a las nuevas exigencias del contexto. El presente estudio tiene
como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la Calidad de la gestión directiva con el
nivel de compromiso institucional en docentes de la institución educativa “Gabino Chacaltana
Hernández” de Pueblo Nuevo, Ica. La metodología empleada se basó en el enfoque cuantitativo,
la investigación es de básica, retrospectiva, transversal y no experimental. La población fue
equivalente a la muestra y estuvo conformada por 27 docentes seleccionados de manera
intencional y por conveniencia. Se emplearon dos técnicas: el fichaje y la encuesta, mientras que
el instrumento fueron dos cuestionarios de encuesta. Los resultados evidencian que en la Variable
calidad de la Gestión directiva, 17 docentes (62,96%) consideran que esta variable se encuentra
en la categoría Regular. En cambio en la variable nivel de Compromiso institucional, 17 docentes
(62,96%), consideran que su nivel de compromiso institucional está en la categoría alto. El
coeficiente de correlación fue 0.8101465 que indica que la relación es positiva y alta. El p-valor
es 0.0008126 que evidencia la significatividad de la relación. La conclusión refiere que la relación
entre las variables del estudio es positiva alta y significativa. Por lo tanto a una mayor calidad de
la gestión educativa le corresponde un mayor nivel de compromiso institucional.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of management and the level of institutional commitment of teachers at the “Gabino Chacaltana Hernández” educational institution in Pueblo Nuevo, Ica. The methodology used was based on the quantitative approach, the research is basic, retrospective, cross-sectional and non-experimental. The population was equivalent to the sample and consisted of 27 teachers selected intentionally and by convenience. Two techniques were used: the fichaje and the survey, while the instrument was two survey questionnaires. The results show that 17 teachers (62.96%) consider this variable to be in the Regular category. On the other hand, in the variable level of institutional commitment, 17 teachers (62.96%) consider their level of institutional commitment to be in the high category. The correlation coefficient was 0.8101465 which indicates that the relationship is positive and high. The p-value is 0.0008126 which evidences the significance of the relationship.
