Análisis de la contaminación en el cultivo de vid, (Vitis vinifera) “Red Globe”, por metales pesados provenientes del suelo en la zona baja del valle de Ica

Abstract

En el ensayo propuesto, planteó analizar la concentración de metales pesados en el cultivo de Vid, variedad Red Globe, en la parte baja del valle de Ica, se realizó en el Fundo “Garayar”, en el sector la Venta Baja del distrito de Santiago, Provincia y Departamento de Ica. La temperatura máxima fue de 30°C y la mínima de 15°C. temperaturas en el rango óptimo para el cultivo, el suelo de textura franca, adecuado al cultivo. Según los resultados del análisis del suelo agrícola sobre metales pesados, se llega a la conclusión que la muestra no tiene los niveles de contaminación de Mercurio (Hg), Arsénico (As) y Plomo (Pb), que puedan contaminar el suelo y el cultivo de vid, solo el Cadmio (Cd) supera los Límites Máximos Permisibles de la Norma ECA del Ministerio del Ambiente MINAN 2017, el Codex Alimentarius, con un nivel de 2.004 mg/kg y la norma establece un valor de 1,4 mg/kg. Los resultados de la muestra de fruta (racimos de uvas) del fundo “Garayar” indican que los niveles de Plomo, Cadmio, Arsénico y Mercurio están todos dentro de los Límites Máximos Permisibles establecidos por la Unión Europea, con valores de <0.01, <0.01, 0.012 y <0.01, cifras que se mantienen por debajo de los Límites Máximos Permisibles de la Normativa nacional ECA, tanto en las muestras de hojas y frutos del cultivo.

In the proposed trial, it was proposed to analyze the concentration of heavy metals in the grapevine crop, Red Globe variety, in the lower part of the valley of Ica, it was carried out in the “Garayar” Estate, in the Venta Baja sector of the district of Santiago, Province and Department of Ica. According to the results of the analysis of the agricultural soil on heavy metals, it is concluded that the sample does not have the contamination levels of Mercury (Hg), Arsenic (As) and Lead (Pb), which can contaminate the soil and the vine crop, only Cadmium (Cd) exceeds the Maximum Permissible Limits of the ECA Standard of the Ministry of Environment MINAN 2017, Codex Alimentarius, with a level of 2,004 mg/kg and the standard establishes a value of 1.4 mg/kg. The results of the fruit sample (grape bunches) from the “Garayar” estate indicate that the levels of Lead, Cadmium, Arsenic and Mercury are all within the Maximum Permissible Limits established by the European Union, with values of <0.01, <0.01, 0.012 and <0.01, figures that remain below the Maximum Permissible Limits of the national ECA Standard, both in the leaf and fruit samples of the crop.
