Arquitectura de aplicaciones y técnica en el área de emergencia del Hospital Regional de Ica

Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo elaborar una propuesta de arquitectura empresarial
para el área de emergencias del hospital regional de Ica, específicamente en las capas de la
arquitectura de aplicaciones y la arquitectura técnica, para lo cual se estableció como marco
metodológico el diseño de la Arquitectura Empresarial (EA). Se analizó dos fases de la
metodología para un estado AS-IS y posteriormente el estado TO-BE como propuesta, utilizando
la herramienta de ARIS EXPRESS, que es un software libre para modelado de una EA, plasmando
los elementos de la EA desde la estrategia, los procesos, la información, y centrándonos en la
propuesta en la arquitectura de sistemas o aplicaciones y la arquitectura técnica, se realizó el
análisis de las aplicaciones disponibles y la infraestructura técnica, para luego diseñar la propuesta
de integración. Los resultados muestran la necesidad de realizar la integración de los sistemas
disponibles algunos ya obsoletos como el de RRHH, además de la implementación de un sistema
para la gestión del proceso de las emergencias, concluyendo en la importancia diseñar un EA
porque de allí se desprende las necesidades informáticas; el hospital regional de Ica no tiene
implementado una arquitectura y los sistemas funcionan de manera aislada sin dar resultados
favorables para los pacientes.
The objective of this research was to develop an enterprise architecture proposal for the emergency area of the regional hospital of Ica, specifically in the layers of application architecture and technical architecture, for which the Enterprise Architecture (EA) design was established as a methodological framework. Two phases of the methodology were analyzed for an AS-IS state and then the TO-BE state as a proposal, using the ARIS EXPRESS tool, which is a free software for modeling an EA, shaping the elements of the EA from the strategy, processes and information, and focusing on the proposal in the architecture of systems or applications and technical architecture, the analysis of available applications and technical infrastructure was performed, to then design the integration proposal. The results show the need to integrate the available systems, some of which are already obsolete, such as the HR system, and to implement a system for the management of the emergency process, concluding that it is important to design an EA because this is the basis for the IT needs; the regional hospital of Ica has not implemented an architecture and the systems work in isolation without providing favorable results for the patients.
