Abstract
La investigación titulada “Importancia del liderazgo directivo en el desempeño docente en las instituciones educativas del nivel primario y secundario de menores del distrito de Huangascar - provincia de Yauyos - Lima”, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre liderazgo directivo y desempeño docente en las instituciones públicas del distrito de Huangáscar. Tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre liderazgo pedagógico y desempeño docente en las Instituciones públicas del distrito de Huangáscar. La investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico y diseño correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 14 docen8es del nivel de educación, primaria y secundaria de instituciones educativas públicas del distrito de Huangáscar. los cuales fueron elegidos de manera no probabilística. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento para recolectar los datos fue el cuestionario. Los resultados obtenidos mediante la prueba paramétrica r de Pearson a un nivel de significancia del 0,05, nos permite evidenciar que el Liderazgo directivo y el Desempeño docente con un (r = 0,895), siendo el valor de significancia igual a 0,000 (p<0,05), resultado que nos indica que existe relación directa y significativa entre las variables estudiadas entre liderazgo pedagógico y desempeño docente en instituciones educativas públicas del distrito de Huangáscar. Es decir, a mayor ejercicio de un liderazgo pedagógico mejor será el desempeño laboral de los docentes.

The research entitled "Pedagogical leadership and its relationship in teaching performance in educational institutions of the Primary and Secondary Education of Minors of the District of Huangáscar -Yauyos, pertaining to the UGEL N ° 13 of the Province of Yauyos 2018. had as objective to determine the relationship that exists between pedagogical leadership and teaching performance in the public Institutions of the District of Huangáscar.
The research was quantitative, basic type and correlational design. The sample was conformed by 14 docents of the level of education, primary and secondary of public educational institutions of the District of Huangáscar. which were chosen in a non-probabilistic manner. The technique used was the survey and the instrument to collect the data was the questionnaire. The results obtained by the parametric r test of Pearson at a level of significance of 0.05, allows us to show that the Leadership Leadership and the Teaching Performance with a (r = 0,895), being the value of significance equal to 0,000 (p < 0.05), a result that indicates that there is a direct and significant relationship between the variables studied between pedagogical leadership and teaching performance in public educational institutions of the District of Huangáscar. That is to say, the greater the exercise of a pedagogical leadership, the better the teachers' work performance will be.
