Resumen
El presente informe de suficiencia profesional trata sobre la implementación de
estrategias de confiabilidad aplicadas a las fallas eléctricas mediante estrategias aplicadas a la
gestión y ejecución de trabajos de mantenimientos relacionado a componentes eléctricos existente
dentro de la empresa contratista,
para el planeamiento, ejecución y supervisión del
mantenimiento aplicado a los camiones mineros 785 C Y 785 D, dentro del contrato marco entre
Cosapi Minería S.A.C. y Shougang Hierro Perú, en el cual la empresa contratista Cosapi tiene la
función de realizar el movimiento de tierra y cumplir con un suministro diario de toneladas
movidas estipulado en el contrato mencionado, para ello Cosapi cuenta con una flota de equipos
de minería principalmente de la marca reconocida Caterpillar, entre palas hidráulicas, camiones
de acarreo, perforadoras, retroexcavadoras, cargadores frontales, motoniveladoras, y otros
equipos auxiliares .
Implementar nuevas técnicas de confiabilidad, permiten mejorar los procesos existentes
y eliminar las deficiencias a fin de poder mejorar la gestión integral de mantenimiento, entre las
técnicas aplicadas en el presente informe encontramos el análisis de criticidad, monitoreo basado
en condición de componentes, tratamiento de datos los cuales propuse a mi jefatura y se
implementaron de manera óptima generando mejora en los indicadores mensuales de
mantenimiento.
This professional sufficiency report deals with the implementation of maintenance strategies applied to the existing maintenance management within the contractor company, for the planning, execution and supervision of maintenance applied to off-road trucks 785 C and 785 D, within the framework contract between Cosapi Minería and Shougang Hierro Perú, in which the contractor company Cosapi has the function of carrying out the movement of earth and complying with a daily supply of tons moved stipulated in the aforementioned contract, for this purpose Cosapi has a fleet of equipment of large mining mainly of the recognized brand Caterpillar, including hydraulic shovels, haul trucks, drills, backhoe loaders, front loaders, motor graders, and other auxiliary equipment. Implement new reliability techniques, allow existing processes to be improved and deficiencies eliminated in order to improve comprehensive maintenance management, among the techniques applied in this report we find criticality analysis, component condition-based monitoring, data processing using. Which I proposed to my management and they were implemented in an optimal way, generating improvement in the monthly maintenance indicators.
