descriptivo y diseño no experimental.
importante y (12) riesgo moderado y Medio ambiente: (18) Riesgo importante y (12) riesgo
moderado.
Currently, the management of safety and health at work is important in the different productive sectors, but in the land transport sector, it is still not being given the importance it deserves, every time, drivers are exposed to working conditions very demanding due to the responsibility in the transport of passengers. Therefore, the research aims to Design a safety, occupational health and environmental management system to reduce occupational risks in an Interprovincial Transport Terminal Company-Province of Ica, Year 2021. The methodological approach is quantitative. , descriptive level and non-experimental design. Through the application of the probabilistic sample, the size of the sample was obtained to thirty-three workers of the company, the technique used was the observation and a survey of twenty questions applied to the workers. A diagnosis of the company was made using the IPERC Matrix, which determined that in the activities: Transportation: (24) significant risk and (15) moderate, Safety and health at work: (18) significant risk and (12) moderate risk and Environment: (18) Significant risk and (12) Moderate risk. The survey applied to the workers determined that 42.42% do not attend training; therefore, there is a lack of knowledge and non-compliance with the objectives and goals of the SSOMA. The contrasting of the main hypothesis, through the Chi square statistic, the result of X2t < X2c (9.49 < 25.837); determines that the proposal of the SSOMA system will contribute to the reduction of occupational risk factors to which the workers of the interprovincial transport company are exposed
