Crecimiento del sector construcción y el desarrollo sostenible en la Región Ica 2022

Abstract

Indudablemente que el crecimiento de la población se debe a muchos factores, acompañados del desarrollo económico, sus potencialidades en la minería, la agroexportación, la pesquería, el turismo, el comercio, la gastronomía se han convertido en un polo de desarrollo en nuestra región, la industria, la migración, el crecimiento del casco urbano, el boom de las empresas constructoras, mobiliarias u otros ligados ha permitido desarrollar el tema del crecimiento del sector construcción y el desarrollo sostenible. El desarrollo de la ciudad y del sector construcción debe ser en forma progresiva, sistemática, planificada, respetando los parámetros entre la población, el medio ambiente, los recursos naturales, la flora, la fauna, no alterando la naturaleza, a fin de mantener el equilibrio natural con el medio ambiente, las empresas constructoras toman estos parámetros a fin de no irrumpir el ciclo de desarrollo social, económico, cultural, demográfico. La tesis fue cuantitativa, básica, descriptiva, correlacional, no experimental, con una población y muestra de 40 profesionales, ingenieros, funcionarios de la Dirección Regional de vivienda, expertos en construcción civil. Los resultados precisan que, existen valores de sig. Menores al de referencia (0.05), y coeficientes de correlación de ,478 lo que indica que podemos inferir que se acepta la Ha general en esta investigación, es decir. Existe relación significativa entre el crecimiento del sector construcción y el desarrollo sostenible en la región Ica 2022, se debe respetar la naturaleza, el medio ambiente, la ecología.Undoubtedly, the growth of the population is due to many factors, accompanied by economic development, its potential in mining, agro-exports, fisheries, tourism, commerce, gastronomy have become a pole of development in our region, industry, migration, the growth of the urban area, the boom of construction, furniture and other related companies has allowed us to develop the theme of the growth of the construction sector and sustainable development. The thesis was quantitative, basic, descriptive, correlational, non-experimental, with a population and sample of 40 professionals, engineers, officials of the Regional Housing Directorate, experts in civil construction. The results indicate that there are sig values. Lower than the reference (0.05), and correlation coefficients of .478, which indicates that we can infer that the general Ha is accepted in this research, that is. There is a significant relationship between the growth of the construction sector and sustainable development in the Ica 2022 region, nature, the environment, and ecology must be respected.
