Influencia del ácido fúlvico y de la materia orgánica líquida en la producción y calidad del tubérculo de Solanum tuberosum L., cultivar Canchan INIA en el valle de Ica

Resumen
La especie Solanum tuberosum, conocido también como patata, es un cultivo de gran importancia
en las dietas diaria, de muchos países, su tubérculo es utilizado, en la preparación de diferentes
platos culinarios, especialmente en las frituras. la zona alta del valle de Ica, presenta condiciones
agroclimáticas, apropiadas para el desarrollo vegetativo del cultivo de la papa, pero los suelos de la
costa peruana, son muy pobres en materia orgánica, en macro y micronutrientes, especialmente el
valle de Ica y los bajos rendimientos, obtenidos en los campos de cultivo, obligan a ensayar nuevas
formas y métodos de cultivo que permitan obtener mayores utilidades, en el menor tiempo posible,
a través del uso de tecnologías disponibles. El objetivo del presente estudio es el de conocer la
mejor dosis de Nutrimax Fulvi Forte y de Avibiol, aplicados en forma foliar y al suelo, para
mejorar la producción y otras características agro-productivas en el cultivo de papa. Se utilizo el
DBCR en factorial encontrándose diferencia estadística en los tratamientos en estudio, superaron al
testigo quien obtuvo una producción de 36,022 kg/ha, destacando las combinaciones 9(Nutrimax
Fulvi Forte 9.0 l/ha + Avibiol 9.0 l/ha) con 41,032 kg/ha; 8(Nutrimax Fulvi Forte 9.0 l/ha + Avibiol
7.5 l/ha) con 40,336 kg/ha; 6(Nutrimax Fulvi Forte 7.5 l/ha + Avibiol 9.0 l/ha) con 39,705 kg/ha.
Por lo que podemos concluir que la mayor rentabilidad lo obtuvo el tratamiento 9, con una
producción de 41,032 kg/ha y un ingreso neto con S/32,005 soles y una relación beneficio costo de
1.39.
The species Solanum tuberosum, also known as potato, is a crop of great importance in the daily diets of many countries, its tuber is used in the preparation of different culinary dishes, especially in fried foods. The high zone of the Ica Valley presents agroclimatic conditions, appropriate for the vegetative development of potato cultivation, but the soils of the Peruvian coast are very poor in organic matter, in macro and micronutrients, especially the Ica Valley and the low yields, obtained in the fields, force to test new forms and methods of cultivation that allow higher profits to be obtained, in the shortest possible time, through the use of available technologies. The objective of this study is to know the best dose of Nutrimax Fulvi Forte and Avibiol, applied in foliar form and to the soil, to improve production and other agro-productive characteristics in potato cultivation.
