Políticas Públicas y Administración de Justicia en el Perú, años 2020-2022

Abstract

La Tesis “Políticas Públicas y Administración de Justicia en el Perú, años 2020 2022” estuvo dirigida a demostrar la relación existente entre las variables en estudio. Desde el punto de vista legal se consideró a: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria; Normatividad del Derecho Administrativo, Administración de Justicia, el Estatuto de la UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-4, Líneas de Investigación UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración del Proyecto, Informe Final de Tesis UNICA. En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta, Técnica de Análisis Documental y los instrumentos de recojo de datos: Cuestionario sobre Políticas Públicas, Guía de Análisis Documental sobre Administración de Justicia en el Perú. De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que: Entre las políticas públicas y administración de justicia en el Perú, años 2020-2022, se da una relación muy importante; Entre política nacional contra el lavado de activos y administración de justicia a nivel de Ministerio Público en el Perú años 2020-2022, existe una relación significativa; Entre la Política Nacional de lucha con el crimen organizado 2019-2030 y administración de justicia a nivel del Poder Judicial, años 2020-2022, existe una relación relevante.

The Thesis "Public Policies and Administration of Justice in Peru, years 2020-2022" was aimed at demonstrating the relationship between the variables under study. From the legal point of view, the following were considered: the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law; Regulations of Administrative Law, Administration of Justice, the Statute of UNICA; Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-4, UNICA Research Lines; Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, UNICA Degrees and Degrees Regulations and Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of the Project, UNICA Final Thesis Report. In the data collection process, the Survey Technique, the Documentary Analysis Technique and the data collection instruments were used: Questionnaire on Public Policies, Documentary Analysis Guide on the Administration of Justice in Peru. From the results obtained, it can be deduced that: Between public policies and the administration of justice in Peru, years 2020-2022, there is a very important relationship; There is a significant relationship between the national policy against money laundering and the administration of justice at the level of the Public Prosecutor's Office in Peru in the years 2020-2022; There is a relevant relationship between the National Policy on the Fight against Organized Crime 2019-2030 and the administration of justice at the level of the Judiciary, years 2020-2022.
