Resumen
El propósito de este estudio es conocer cómo se relaciona el marketing socialmente responsable
con el nivel de ventas de las mypes comerciales en la provincia de Ica en el año 2022. El estudio
es de carácter básico, de nivel adecuado y no tiene un diseño experimental, la muestra está
conformada por 200 personas que realizaron compras en las MYPES comerciales. De la
información obtenida se puede concluir que, teniendo en cuenta el objetivo general de la encuesta,
el 45% de los encuestados cree que el marketing socialmente responsable es fundamental para el
nivel de ventas de las mypes comerciales de la provincia de Ica en el 2022. El primer objetivo
específico reveló que el 52,5% de los encuestados cree que el marketing socialmente responsable
desde Ica en las Mypes 2022 está relacionado con la satisfacción del cliente. Respecto al segundo
objetivo específico, se encontró que el 55% de los encuestados indicó que el marketing
socialmente responsable está vinculado con la esperanza de vida promedio de los clientes de las
empresas Mypes de la provincia de Ica en el año 2022. Respecto al tercer objetivo, se destacó
específicamente que el 47.5% de los encuestados cree que el marketing socialmente responsable
está relacionado con la venta de mypes comerciales en la provincia de Ica en 2022.
The purpose of this study is to know how socially responsible marketing is related to the level of sales of commercial mypes in the province of Ica in the year 2022. The study is of a basic nature, of an adequate level and does not have an experimental design. The sample is made up of 200 people who made purchases in commercial MYPES. From the information obtained, it can be concluded that, taking into account the general objective of the survey, 45% of those surveyed believe that socially responsible marketing is essential for the level of sales of commercial mypes in the province of Ica in 2022. The first specific objective revealed that 52.5% of respondents believe that socially responsible marketing from Ica in Mypes 2022 is related to customer satisfaction. Regarding the second specific objective, it was found that 55% of those surveyed indicated that socially responsible marketing is linked to the average life expectancy of clients of Mypes companies in the province of Ica in the year 2022. Regarding the third objective, it was specifically highlighted that 47.5% of respondents believe that socially responsible marketing is related to the sale of commercial mypes in the province of Ica in 2022.
