Ley del Servicio Civil y Autonomía Municipal en la provincia de Ica al 2024

Abstract

La tesis titulada “LEY DEL SERVICIO CIVIL Y AUTONOMÍA MUNICIPAL EN LA PROVINCIA DE ICA AL 2024”, tuvo por finalidad demostrar la relación que existe entre las variables en estudio. Desde el punto de vista normativo legal se ha realizado considerando: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria, Normas Legales del Servicio Civil, Municipalidades, el Estatuto de la UNICA, la Resolución Rectoral 029- 2021-R, Líneas de Investigación de la UNICA, así mismo la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021- R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos, asimismo la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración de Tesis. Para desarrollar la investigación que se alcanza, se recurrió a determinadas Técnicas de Recolección de Datos como la Encuesta, el Análisis Documental, con sus respectivos Instrumentos de Recolección de Datos como fueron el Cuestionario sobre la Ley del Servicio Civil, la Ficha de Análisis Documental sobre autonomía municipal, además de llevar a cabo un conjunto de acciones para procesar la información recogida. Los resultados obtenidos permiten demostrar que: entre la Ley del Servicio Civil y autonomía municipal en la Provincia de Ica al 2024, se da una relación muy importante; entre meritocracia en el Servicio Civil y autonomía normativa municipal en la Provincia de Ica al 2024, existe una relación significativa; entre Reforma del Servicio Civil y Autonomía Administrativa Municipal en la Provincia de Ica al 2024, existe una relación relevante.

The thesis entitled "CIVIL SERVICE LAW AND MUNICIPAL AUTONOMY IN THE PROVINCE OF ICA BY 2024", aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the variables under study. From the legal normative point of view, it has been carried out considering: the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law, Legal Standards of the Civil Service, Municipalities, the Statute of UNICA, Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-R, Lines of Research of UNICA, as well as Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, Regulation of Degrees and Degrees, as well as Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of Theses. To develop the research that is achieved, certain Data Collection Techniques were used, such as the Survey, the Documentary Analysis, with their respective Data Collection Instruments such as the Questionnaire on the Civil Service Law, the Documentary Analysis File on municipal autonomy, in addition to carrying out a set of actions to process the information collected. The results obtained allow us to demonstrate that: between the Civil Service Law and municipal autonomy in the Province of Ica by 2024, there is a very important relationship; between meritocracy in the Civil Service and municipal regulatory autonomy in the Province of Ica by 2024, there is a significant relationship; between the Reform of the Civil Service and Municipal Administrative Autonomy in the Province of Ica by 2024, there is a relevant relationship.
