Adherencia al tratamiento y apoyo familiar en pacientes adultos con tuberculosis que acuden al Puesto de Salud San Martín de Porres, Ica - 2023

Abstract

El presente estudio titulado: Adherencia al tratamiento y apoyo familiar en pacientes adultos con tuberculosis que acuden al puesto de salud San Martin de Porres, Ica -2023. Tiene como Objetivo: Establecer la relación entre la adherencia al tratamiento y apoyo familiar en pacientes adultos con tuberculosis que acuden al puesto de salud San Martin de Porres, Ica - 2023. Material y método: cuyo diseño fue no experimental, descriptivo en base a los objetivos planteados, tipo cuantitativo, transversal, nivel correlacional. La población y muestra estuvo constituida por 25 pacientes. Resultado: Existe relación entre la adherencia al tratamiento y apoyo familiar en pacientes adultos con tuberculosis que acuden al puesto de salud San Martin de Porres, Ica -2023. El apoyo familiar fue de nivel regular en el 50.94%, mala en el 45.28%, muy mala en el 1.89% y buena en el 1.89%. El 64.15% no es adherente al tratamiento, mientras que el 35.85% sí lo es. Conclusiones: Se concluye que existe relación significativa entre la variable apoyo familiar y la adherencia al tratamiento. Its objective is: To establish the relationship between adherence to treatment and family support in adult patients with tuberculosis who attend the San Martin de Porres health post, Ica -2023. Material and method: The study was carried out with a quantitative approach, whose design was quasiexperimental, its scope was descriptive based on the stated objectives. The poblation 25 patients y sample consisted of 25 patients. Result: There is a relationship between adherence to treatment and family support in adult patients with tuberculosis who attend the San Martin de Porres health post, Ica -2023. Family support was regular in 50.94%, bad in 45.28%, very bad 1.89% and good in 1.89% respectively. Regarding adherence to treatment, 64.15% were non-adherent and 35.85% were adherent. Conclusions: It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the variable family support and adherence to treatment.
