Methodology: Observational, retrospective and cross-sectional study, relational level and non experimental design; The sample was made up of 109 users treated at the La Palma Health Center; using the data collection form as an instrument. Results: The gynecological factors that are related to the results of the Pap smear are menarche from 11 to 12 years (p=0.001), age of initiation of sexual relations less than 18 years (p00.000), number of sexual partners from 2 to 3 (p=0.010); hormonal contraceptive method (p=0.058); history of STIs (p=0.000) and the last PAP taken from 1 to 3 years (p= 0.017). Among the obstetric factors that are related to PAP results are parity (p=0.032) and history of uterine curettage (p=0.000). Conclusion: There is a statistically significant relationship between reproductive factors and Pap smear results in patients treated at the La Palma Health Center, Ica, 2024.
