Resumen
Objetivo: Evaluar la percepción de los agricultores del “riesgo en la salud y el ambiente” en la “disposición final de envases vacíos de agroquímicos” en el valle agrícola del Departamento de Ica, 2023. Metodología: Tipo descriptivo combinado de enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo y diseño no experimental. Muestra: 39 miembros de la “Asociación de pequeños Agricultores Vitivinicultores de El Palto”, del distrito de Pachacútec. Técnicas e Instrumentos: La observación y encuesta. Conclusión: En relación al riesgo de la salud de los agricultores, el 56,41% de los participantes señalan que aplican el agroquímico de acuerdo a su conocimiento propio, el 46,15% indican que no usan EPP cuando aplican los agroquímicos en sus cultivos, el 56,41% responden que su salud se ha afectado por el empleo de estos productos en sus cultivos. En relación al riesgo al ambiente, el 46,15% de participantes no tienen conocimiento que los envases vacíos contaminan el ambiente, y en la disposición final de los envases vacíos agroquímicos, el 33,33% de los participantes señalan que los envases vacíos de agroquímicos los arroja a los cuerpos de agua, el 28,20% los incinera, el 20,51% lo entierra, el 15,38% lo deja en el campo, asimismo, el 46,15% no conoce el objetivo del triple lavado a estos envases y el 53,84% no ha recibido capacitación para la “disposición final de estos envases vacíos” en centros de acopio autorizados.
Objective: To evaluate farmers' perception of “health and environmental risk” in the “final disposal of empty agrochemical containers” in the agricultural valley of the Department of Ica, 2023. Methodology: Combined descriptive type of qualitative and quantitative approach , descriptive level and non-experimental design. Sample: 39 members of the “Association of Small Wine Farmers of El Palto”, from the district of Pachacútec. Techniques and Instruments: Observation and survey. Conclusion: In relation to the health risk of farmers, 56.41% of the participants indicate that they apply agrochemicals according to their own knowledge, 46.15% indicate that they do not use PPE when they apply agrochemicals to their crops. , 56.41% respond that their health has been affected by the use of these products in their crops.
