Recursos humanos y rendimiento laboral del personal administrativo de las empresas agroexportadoras en la Región Ica, 2022

Resumen
Si bien la pandemia, difuminada por todo el mundo afecto a todos los sectores económicos
del planeta, durante casi todo el año 2020. Sin embargo, las empresas consideradas vitales
o estratégicas, han seguido funcionando casi normalmente y observando las medidas de
seguridad sanitaria, para evitar la infección con el virus del Covid 19. Lo que estaría
dificultando el reclutamiento y selección de los Recursos Humanos que requieren las
empresas agroexportadoras en la Región Ica. Lo que se estaría reflejando en el rendimiento
laboral. Esto se da principalmente para el nivel administrativo de dichas empresas. El
presente estudio se plantea, para la Región Ica, en el año mencionado, teniendo en cuenta
las particularidades de las empresas agroexportadoras y el contexto en que se da la
necesidad de mayores recursos humanos, como es la pandemia. Se formula la siguiente
hipótesis: Los recursos humanos inciden en el rendimiento del personal administrativo de
las empresas agroexportadoras en la Región Ica, 2022. Se concluye que: Al encontrar una
alta incidencia entre los encuestados que además de conocer sobre el manejo de los recursos
humanos, también saben evaluar el rendimiento laboral del personal administrativo de las
empresas agroexportadoras estudiadas. Se corrobora la estrecha relación entre dichos
recursos y el rendimiento laboral de los segundos para el caso específico de este tipo de
empresas en la Región Ica.

It is concluded that: When finding a high incidence among the respondents who, in addition to knowing about the management of human resources They also know how to evaluate the work performance of the administrative staff of the agro-export companies studied. The close relationship between said resources and the work performance of the latter is corroborated for the specific case of this type of company in the Ica Region.
