Plan De Seguridad Y Salud Ocupacional Para El Mejoramiento Del Ambiente Laboral En La Obra Corredor Vial N°7 - Tramo II, Huancavelica, 2022

Abstract

La investigación desarrollada titulada “Plan de seguridad y salud ocupacional para el mejoramiento del ambiente laboral en la obra corredor vial N°7 – Tramo II, Huancavelica, 2022”, partió del siguiente problema ¿De qué manera el Plan de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente con la norma G- 050 y en la R.M. 050-2013-TR, en el corredor vial N°7 - tramo II, contribuye significativamente en el cuidado de la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores, provincia de Huaytará y Castrovirreyna en el departamento de Huancavelica, 2022?, el objetivo general: Proponer que el Plan de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente con la norma G-050 y en la R.M. 050-2013-TR, en el corredor vial N°7 - tramo II, contribuya significativamente en el cuidado de la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores, provincia de Huaytará y Castrovirreyna en el departamento de Huancavelica, 2022 y la hipótesis general es: El Plan de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente con la norma G-050, contribuye significativamente en prevenir riesgos durante la ejecución de obras, en el corredor vial N°7 - tramo II, contribuye significativamente en el cuidado de la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores, provincia de Huaytará y Castrovirreyna en el departamento de Huancavelica, 2022. El tipo de investigación es básica, el nivel de investigación es descriptivo, el diseño de la investigación es pre-experimental, la población está conformada por el personal obrero y personal técnico que intervienen en la ejecución de la obra La salud y la seguridad en Perú han progresado favorablemente en la última década, debido al fortalecimiento del sistema de inspección laboral y su papel en la vigilancia del cumplimiento de la normativa social y laboral, sobre todo en las actividades críticas, como las obras de construcción. En este contexto, dado que la empresa no cuenta con un sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional para reducir riesgos ocupacionales, con su implementación se obtendrá como beneficios el ahorro de costos al evitar sanciones administrativas (multas) por incumplimiento en materia de SST, otros beneficios que también podría obtenerse tales como mejoras en la productividad del personal, calidad de vida, nivel de satisfacción laboral, entre otros.

The type of research is basic, the level of research is descriptive, the research design is pre- experimental, the population is made up of workers and technical personnel involved in the execution of the work. Health and safety in Peru have progressed favorably in the last decade, due to the strengthening of the labor inspection system and its role in monitoring compliance with social and labor regulations, especially in critical activities, such as construction works. In this context, since the company does not have an occupational health and safety system to reduce occupational risks, with its implementation, cost savings will be obtained by avoiding administrative sanctions (fines) for non-compliance with respect to OSH, other benefits that could also be obtained such as improvements in staff productivity, quality of life, level of job satisfaction, among others.
