Buena fe y derechos contractuales de trabajadores de tiendas por departamentos de la provincia de Ica, años 2020-2022

Abstract

La Tesis “BUENA FE Y DERECHOS CONTRACTUALES DE TRABAJADORES DE TIENDAS POR DEPARTAMENTOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE ICA, AÑOS 2020- 2022” tuvo como objetivo demostrar la relación entre las variables formuladas en el contexto y período de tiempo indicado.

Hacerla realidad se hizo tomando en cuenta la siguiente legislación : la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria; el Estatuto de la UNICA; Normatividad Laboral; la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-4, Líneas de Investigación UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración del Proyecto, Informe Final de Tesis UNICA. En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta y los instrumentos de recojo de datos: Cuestionario sobre Buena fe; Cuestionario sobe Derechos Contractuales de los Trabajadores. De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que: Entre tenencia compartida y desarrollo psicológico de adolescentes en la Provincia de Ica, año 2022, se da una relación muy importante; Entre tenencia compartida emanada de mandato judicial y desarrollo social de adolescentes en la Provincia de Ica, año 2022, se produce una relación muy estrecha.

The Thesis "SHARED TENURE AND PSYCHOSOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF ADOLESCENTS IN THE PROVINCE OF ICA, YEAR 2022" aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the variables formulated in the context and time period indicated.

It was made effective in accordance with the following legislation: the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law; the Statute of UNICA; Regulations related to children and adolescents; Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-4, UNICA Research Lines; the Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, Regulations of Degrees and Titles of the UNICA and the Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of the Project, Final Report of the UNICA Thesis. In the data collection process, the Survey Technique and data collection instruments were used: Good Faith Questionnaire; Questionnaire on Workers' Contractual Rights. From the results obtained, it can be deduced that: Between shared custody and psychological development of adolescents in the Province of Ica, year 2022, there is a very important relationship; There is a very close relationship between shared custody emanating from a court order and the social development of adolescents in the Province of Ica, in 2022.
