Resumen
El propósito del trabajo fue determinar la relación entre productividad, características del
mango y calidad del producto, se trabajó en el uso de deshidratadores solares para
incrementar la productividad de la producción de mango seco en el cercado de Parcona-Ica.
Se analizó la situación problemática actual en el área de estudio y se documentó toda la
información relevante para crear un proceso de implementación para lograr los objetivos del
estudio. Se estudiaron varios modelos utilizados para implementar aplicaciones de
deshidratación junto con sus costos de fabricación y procesos de fabricación. Para ello, se
elaboró una lista documentada de costes del proyecto teniendo en cuenta estos y otros puntos
importantes. En preparación para este proyecto, se llevó a cabo una encuesta de usuarios
seleccionados mediante muestreo aleatorio simple. La razón por la cual los resultados
posteriores fueron efectivos fue porque hubo apoyo y aprobación de muchas personas que se
capacitaron o vivieron en el área de investigación designada y promovieron el proyecto. Los
métodos del proyecto de investigación fueron la observación y el análisis.

The current problematic situation in the study area was analyzed and all relevant information was documented to create an implementation process to achieve the study objectives. Various models used to implement dewatering applications were studied along with their manufacturing costs and manufacturing processes. To do this, a documented list of project costs was prepared taking into account these and other important points.
