Resumen
La Tesis denominada “ACOSO LABORAL Y LA PROTECCIÓN JURÍDICA A LOS JOVENES INTERNISTAS DEL HOSPITAL ESSALUD  DE ICA, 2022” evidencia la relación significativa que hay entre el acoso laboral y los jóvenes internistas del Hospital ESSALUD, en la que se demuestra que los jóvenes que realizan sus práctica profesionales han sido víctimas de acoso laboral por parte de algún miembro del hospital lo que motiva a situaciones incomodas a las que son sometidas estos jóvenes, sin poder hacer las denuncias respectivas. 
Desde un enfoque legal y normativo se han considerado algunas leyes como son la  Constitución Política de 1993;  la Ley Universitaria N° 30220, los  Estatutos de la UNICA y  otras normas conexas como  la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-R, Líneas de Investigación de la UNICA; la  Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320 del 08 de julio 2021, Guía para la elaboración del Proyecto de Tesis, Informe Final de Tesis,  respetando el Esquema para Tesis además de lo normado en el Programa Académico de Derecho. 
Por otro lado, en el proceso de recolección de datos se trabajó con la Técnica de la Encuesta y el instrumento empleado es el cuestionario sobre acoso laboral y protección jurídica a los jóvenes internistas del Hospital ESSALUD de Ica.  
A partir de los resultados alcanzados se puede afirmar que, entre el acoso laboral y los jóvenes internistas del Hospital ESSALUD hay una relación muy significativa.
The thesis called "WORKPLACE HARASSMENT AND LEGAL PROTECTION OF YOUNG INTERNISTS AT HOSPITAL ESSALUD DE ICA, 2022” demonstrates the significant relationship between workplace bullying and young internists at the ESSALUD Hospital, in which it is shown that young people who carry out their professional practice have been victims of workplace harassment by a member of the hospital, which motivates situations discomfort to which these young people are subjected, without being able to file the respective complaints. From a legal and normative approach, some laws have been considered, such as the Political Constitution of 1993; University Law No. 30220, the UNICA Statutes and other related regulations such as Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-R, UNICA Research Lines; Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, Regulation of Degrees and Titles of UNICA and Rectoral Resolution 1320 of July 08, 2021, Guide for the elaboration of the Thesis Project, Final Thesis Report, respecting the Thesis Scheme in addition to what regulated in the Law Academic Program. On the other hand, in the data collection process, we worked with the Survey Technique and the instrument used is the questionnaire on workplace harassment and legal protection for young internists at the ESSALUD Hospital in Ica. Based on the results achieved, it can be affirmed that there is a very significant relationship between workplace bullying and young internists at the ESSALUD Hospital.
