Resumen
La investigación realizada demuestra la relación existente entre cultura de
calidad y gestión institucional en el Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Público
“Fernando León de Vivero” de La Tinguiña-Ica.
Para recolectar los datos que se presentan se aplicaron los instrumentos de
recolección de datos denominados Cuestionario sobre cultura de calidad aplicado a los
diferentes estamentos de la Institución motivo de estudio, además mediante la Guía de
Entrevista sobre Gestión Institucional aplicado a los Directivos, Jerárquicos del IEST
Público referido se pudo levantar información sobre está variable de estudio.
Los resultados demuestran que existe una correlación significativa entre cultura
de calidad y gestión institucional, porque mientras mayor sea la internalización de la
primera variable, mejor será el desempeño en lo relacionado a la gestión institucional
realizada por el Personal Directivo, Personal Jerárquico, pero, si en cuanto a la primera
variable se pone en práctica una cultura de dejadez, de falta de involucramiento, el
resultado será que la Gestión Institucional no podrá realizarse adecuadamente, poniendo
en peligro inclusive la vigencia del Instituto en el tiempo.
The research carried out demonstrates the relationship between quality culture and institutional management at the Institute of Public Technological Higher Education "Fernando León de Vivero" in La Tinguiña-Ica. To collect the data presented, data collection tools called the Quality Culture Questionnaire applied to the different sections of the Institution were applied for study, in addition through the Interview Guide on Institutional Management applied to the Directors, Hierarchicals of the IEST Public referred to could be raised information about this study variable. The results show that there is a significant correlation between quality culture and institutional management, because the greater the internalization of the first variable, the better the performance in terms of institutional management performed by the Management Staff, Hierarchical Staff, but, if a culture of neglect, lack of involvement, is put into practice in terms of the first variable, the result will be that Institutional Management cannot be carried out properly, endangering including the validity of the Institute over time.
