Resumen
El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue diseñar un sistema de información ERP para
optimizar la gestión en el área de cobranzas de la cooperativa Santa María en Chincha, Perú.
Se utilizó una metodología de investigación cuantitativa con un diseño de presencia ausencia,
aplicando una pre y post prueba en una muestra de 249 clientes. Los datos fueron recolectados
mediante encuestas y análisis documental, procesados con herramientas estadísticas para
garantizar la validez y confiabilidad.
Los resultados mostraron que el índice de morosidad promedio se redujo de 35.14% a 24.40%,
mientras que la cartera vencida disminuyó del 30.84% al 6.98%, evidenciando una mejora
significativa en la eficiencia del proceso de cobranzas. Además, el tiempo promedio de
recuperación de créditos se optimizó en un 40%.
Las conclusiones destacan que la implementación del sistema ERP no solo mejoró los procesos
de cobranzas, sino que también fortaleció la toma de decisiones estratégicas al integrar áreas
clave de la cooperativa. Se recomienda extender el uso del sistema a otros departamentos y
explorar módulos adicionales como análisis predictivo e inteligencia de negocios para aumentar
aún más su eficacia.
The main objective of this research was to design an ERP information system to optimize the management of the collections area in the Santa María Cooperative in Chincha, Peru. A quantitative research methodology with a presence-absence design was used, applying a pre- and post-test to a sample of 249 clients. Data were collected through surveys and document analysis, and processed using statistical tools to ensure validity and reliability. The results showed that the average delinquency rate decreased from 35.14% to 24.40%, while the overdue loan portfolio dropped from 30.84% to 6.98%, demonstrating a significant improvement in the efficiency of the collections process. Additionally, the average credit recovery time was optimized by 40%. The conclusions highlight that the implementation of the ERP system not only improved the collections processes, but also strengthened strategic decision-making by integrating key areas of the cooperative. It is recommended to extend the system's use to other departments and explore additional modules such as predictive analytics and business intelligence to further increase its effectiveness.
