Plan de mantenimiento preventivo para aumentar la confiabilidad en la planta desalinizadora de agua de mar de la empresa minera Shougang Hierro Perú

Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad dar a conocer mi trayectoria profesional, la
descripción de la empresa donde desarrollé mi experiencia laboral, la descripción de mi puesto de
trabajo y mis funciones, el problema encontrado y la solucion que le di a dicho problema el cual
fue realizar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para aumentar la confiabilidad en la planta
desalinizadora de agua de mar de la empresa minera Shougang Hierro Perú S.A.A con el fin de
reducir la indisponibilidad de las máquina ya que actualmente no contábamos con un buen plan
de mantenimiento para la gestión de fallas de las máquinas, trayendo como consecuencia
disminución en la producción, mayor tiempo de pare al momento de realizar el mantenimiento,
por lo que la opción de un plan de mantenimiento optimo permitirá, además de aumentar la
producción, la conservación en óptimas condiciones de las máquinas, reflejándose en un aumento
de periodo de vida de estos. La metodología para su finalidad fue de tipo aplicada, diseño
experimental. Como resultado planteo diversas actividades de mantenimiento para cada máquina,
logrando así un plan de mantenimiento de calidad, basado en las fallas funcionales y en cada
componente, a su vez realice pruebas de disponibilidad basadas en el MTTR y MTBF, las cuales
arrojaron que las máquinas tiene una alta indisponibilidad debido a sus fallas, a su vez utilicé el
diagrama de Pareto con el fin de determinar su productividad para su posterior análisis en donde
identifique que la confiabilidad actual de los equipos de la planta se encuentra en un nivel de
alerta luego proyecte los nuevos indicadores de disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos con
la aplicación del plan de mantenimiento preventivo, dando como resultado que después de realizar
la implementación del plan de mantenimiento se logró un aumento de la confiabilidad del 20.72%.
Como conclusión, determiné que un plan óptimo de mantenimiento preventivo basado en la
metodología RCM aporta un gran beneficio en la confiabilidad de los equipos de la planta.
The purpose of this work is to present my professional career, the description of the company where I developed my work experience, the description of my job and my functions, the problem encountered and the solution I gave to said problem, which was carry out a preventive maintenance plan to increase reliability in the seawater desalination plant of the mining company Shougang Hierro Perú S.A.A in order to reduce the unavailability of the machines since we currently did not have a good maintenance plan for management of machine failures, resulting in a decrease in production, longer downtime when carrying out maintenance, so the option of an optimal maintenance plan will allow, in addition to increasing production, conservation in optimal conditions of machines, reflected in an increase in their life span. The methodology for its purpose was applied, experimental design. As a result, I propose various maintenance activities for each machine, thus achieving a quality maintenance plan, based on functional failures and in each component, at the same time perform availability tests based on the MTTR and MTBF, which showed that the machines has a high unavailability due to its failures, in turn I used the Pareto diagram in order to determine its productivity for subsequent analysis where I identified that the current reliability of the plant equipment is at an alert level then project the new indicators of availability and reliability of the equipment with the application of the preventive maintenance plan, resulting in an increase in reliability of 20.72% after implementing the maintenance plan. In conclusion, I determined that an optimal preventive maintenance plan based on the RCM methodology provides a great benefit in the reliability of the plant equipment.
