Resumen
El estudio, realizado buscó: Determinar de qué forma el derecho a la integridad de la persona se
ve vulnerado por el delito de acoso en la ciudad de Ica, 2021-2022. Para ello usó la metodología
de enfoque cualitativo, tipo básico, corte transversal realizando la técnica de entrevista a 6
abogados en la ciudad de Ica. Los resultados mostraron que la vulneración a la integridad moral
puede probarse con testimonios de testigos, mensajes virtuales y evaluaciones psicológicas,
además estos testigos proporcionan evidencia directa del abuso, mientras que los mensajes
virtuales revelan el acoso. Se concluyó que el acoso, tanto presencial como virtual, afecta la salud
física, psicológica y emocional de las víctimas, evidenciado por síntomas como estrés, ansiedad
y trastornos emocionales, por lo que ante la falta de legislación clara resalta la necesidad urgente
de protección y sanciones para garantizar el derecho a la integridad en Ica y en cualquier lugar.
Por lo tanto, se recomienda implementar políticas y legislaciones sólidas que aborden todas las
formas de acoso, promuevan la sensibilización pública sobre su impacto y establezcan protocolos
claros para la denuncia y el manejo de los casos.
The study carried out sought to: Determine how the right to personal integrity is violated by the crime of harassment in the city of Ica, 2021-2022. For this purpose, the qualitative approach methodology, basic type, cross-sectional approach was used, carrying out the interview technique with 6 lawyers in the city of Ica. The results showed that the violation of moral integrity can be proven with witness testimonies, virtual messages and psychological evaluations, in addition, these witnesses provide direct evidence of the abuse, while virtual messages reveal harassment. It was concluded that harassment, both in person and virtual, affects the physical, psychological and emotional health of the victims, evidenced by symptoms such as stress, anxiety and emotional disorders, so in the absence of clear legislation the urgent need for protection and sanctions to guarantee the right to integrity in Ica and anywhere. Therefore, it is recommended to implement strong policies and legislation that address all forms of harassment, promote public awareness of its impact and establish clear protocols for reporting and handling cases.
