La filiación extramatrimonial como causa de divorcio en el distrito de Subtanjalla durante el 2020-2021

Resumen
El presente estudio tuvo como finalidad evaluar de qué manera la filiación
extramatrimonial puede constituir una causa de divorcio en el distrito de Subtanjalla
durante el periodo 2020-2021. Para ello, se empleó una metodología básica con enfoque
cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, cuyo segmento poblacional estuvo conformado por
380 personas; así también, se aplicó la encuesta con escala Likert y el análisis documental,
empleando como instrumento un cuestionario y una guía para dicho análisis. Como
hallazgo, se identificó una correlación moderada entre las variables filiación
extramatrimonial y divorcio, con un coeficiente de 0.351; lo que permitió concluir que la
filiación extramatrimonial puede ser considerada como una causa de divorcio conforme a la
normativa civil vigente en el país. La investigación aporta evidencia empírica que respalda
la relación entre estos fenómenos en el contexto estudiado, contribuyendo al entendimiento
jurídico y social de las implicancias de la filiación extramatrimonial en los procesos de
disolución matrimonial.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate how extramarital filiation can constitute a cause for divorce in the district of Subtanjalla during the period 2020-2021. As a finding, identified a moderate correlation between the variables extramarital filiation and divorce, with a coefficient of 0.351; which allowed concluding that extramarital filiation can be considered as a cause for divorce according to the current civil law in the country. The research provides empirical evidence that supports the relationship between these phenomena in the context studied, contributing to the legal and social understanding of the implications of extramarital filiation in the processes of dissolution of marriage.
