vapor.
The thesis whose title is Application of the natural zeolite of Ocucaje in the dehydration of natural gas, is an experimental theoretical study in which a theoretical framework has been developed that addresses the study of the physicochemical characteristics and the chemical composition of zeolites, their industrial use and the structure from which industrial applications are given. The research is of the applied type because its level is explanatory and according to its design it is experimental. To demonstrate the proposed hypothesis, various tests have been carried out to determine the adsorption capacity of the natural zeolite for water vapor. The natural zeolite used was pulverized at # 80 mesh and placed in glass flasks through which the water vapor circulated for half an hour, establishing that the adsorption of water is 15 to 16% in this type of zeolite. This percentage of adsorption ensures the possibility of retention of all the water vapor present in the natural gas, which contains a maximum of 2% of this vapor.
