Libro de reclamaciones frente a la seguridad jurídica del consumidor del distrito judicial de la provincia de Ica, año 2022

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada “Libro de reclamaciones frente a la seguridad jurídica del consumidor del distrito judicial de la provincia de Ica, año 2022”, tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de relación entre el libro de reclamaciones y la seguridad jurídica del consumidor del distrito judicial de la provincia de Ica, año 2022. El estudio tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo con alcance explicativo y diseño no experimental, ya que no manipuló las variables. Se empleó un método inductivo que parte de premisas particulares para llegar a conclusiones generales. Se aplicó un estudio correlacional que analizó una población conformada por un grupo de 170 personas que viven en Ica y que han tenido o podrían tener la intención de comprar un producto o servicio, es un conjunto de datos que representa a la población de Ica para este estudio, aplicando la encuesta a una muestra aleatoria, para Otzen y Manterola (2017) estas muestras estuvieron conformadas por la elección específica de una parte de la población, la cual obedece a características especiales, siendo así la muestra se seleccionó de manera progresiva, a partir de una encuesta inicial realizada a un grupo de consumidores específicos; quedando el total de consumidores que componen la muestra de 118. La metodología implicó revisión documental sin intervenir las variables, con el fin de explicar la relación entre los fenómenos estudiados. El enfoque cuantitativo nos permitió el análisis estadístico de los datos recabados; lográndose establecer conclusiones y recomendaciones aplicables a la población objeto de estudio. Los resultados del estudio indicaron que el conocimiento sobre el libro de reclamaciones y la seguridad jurídica del consumidor en el distrito judicial de la provincia de Ica, año 2022, encontró que existe una relación entre estas dos variables. Siendo así, que esta conclusión se basó en el resultado del análisis de chi-cuadrado, que fue de 113,473, con un nivel de significancia bidireccional de 0,000.

The methodology involved a documentary review without intervening in the variables, in order to explain the relationship between the phenomena studied. The quantitative approach allowed us the statistical analysis of the data collected; managing to establish conclusions and recommendations applicable to the population under study. The results of the study indicated that knowledge about the complaints book and the legal security of the consumer in the judicial district of the province of Ica, year 2022, found that there is a relationship between these two variables. Thus, this conclusion was based on the result of the chi-square analysis, which was 113.473, with a bidirectional significance level of 0.000.
