Factores que inciden en la conducta de los adolescentes infractores involucrados en el delito de robo

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se titula: “Factores que inciden en la conducta de los adolescentes infractores involucrados en el delito de robo”. Tuvo como objetivo principal determinar si existe o no una relación directa y significativa entre la aplicación de los factores familiares, educativos y sociales, que definan en la conducta de los adolescentes a realizar infracciones de tipo penal en relación al delito de robo en el distro de Vista Alegre. La investigación fue de tipo no experimental y explicativa. La población estaba conformada por abogados en la especialidad familia y penal, como también operadores de la fiscalía en materia de Derecho de Familia. Entre los resultados de la investigación, cabe destacar que la mayor parte de los encuestados comento que los factores que generan que los adolescentes a temprana edad inicien actos de infracción a ley penal está influenciada en las familias, el sector educativo y la parte social, por ende este grupo vulnerable se encuentra en total descuido por parte del estado, ya que no existe presupuesto económico para realizar programas e invertir en instituciones que fiscalicen u aporten al apoyo de este grupo vulnerable que en la actualidad no tiene futuro y presentan una formación delincuencial y con alto grado de criminalidad. Por otro lado, la infracción recaída en el delito de robo simple o agravado por parte de los menores infractores tiene un menor índice diferente al delito de hurto que está en aumento en el distrito de vista alegre.

This research work is titled: “Factors that affect the behavior of adolescent offenders involved in the crime of robbery.” Its main objective was to determine whether or not there is a direct and significant relationship between the application of family, educational and social factors, which define the behavior of adolescents to commit criminal offenses in relation to the crime of theft in the district of Good views. The research was non-experimental and explanatory. The population was made up of lawyers in the family and criminal specialty, as well as prosecutor's office operators in matters of Family Law. Among the results of the research, it is worth noting that most of the respondents comment that the factors that cause adolescents to initiate acts of infraction of criminal law at an early age are influenced by families, the educational sector and the social part, for example. Therefore, this vulnerable group is completely neglected by the state, since there is no economic budget to carry out programs and invest in institutions that supervise or contribute to the support of this vulnerable group that currently has no future and has a criminal background and with a high degree of crime. On the other hand, the offense committed to the crime of simple or aggravated robbery by minor offenders has a lower rate than the crime of theft, which is increasing in the Vista Alegre district.
