Diseño no experimental, transversal.
tuberculosis. Muestra censal, no probabilística.
To analyze the prevalence of non-adherence to tuberculosis treatment and the associated factors among patients treated at the Guadalupe Micro Network – Ica, 2024. Materials and Methods: Quantitative, descriptive research. Non-experimental, cross-sectional design. Population: Twenty patients diagnosed with tuberculosis treated at the Guadalupe Micro Network – Ica. Data obtained from medical records and tuberculosis control and treatment program forms. Census sampling, non-probabilistic. Technique: Survey and documentary analysis. Instruments: Questionnaire and Morisky-Green-Levine Test. Knowledge and the patient-health system relationship were evaluated according to the corresponding scales. The study was conducted at the Guadalupe Micro Network during the period from January to March 2024. Results and Conclusions: 60% of the patients were male and 40% female; 85% had a secondary education level, and 60% were from urban areas. 80% of the patients were non-adherent to tuberculosis treatment. The main determining factor for non-adherence was the occurrence of adverse drug reactions. Fisher's exact test, used in the analysis, indicates no significant association between gender and non-adherence, knowledge level and adherence, or patient satisfaction with the health system and adherence.
