Implementación de un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para contribuir a prevenir riesgos en la empresa DISTRAROJ SAC, Ica, 2023

Abstract

La investigación desarrollada titulada “Implementación de un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para contribuir a prevenir riesgos en la empresa Distraroj SAC, Ica, 2023”, partió del siguiente problema ¿De qué manera influye la Implementación del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para contribuir a prevenir riesgos en la empresa Distraroj SAC, Ica, 2023?, el objetivo general: Determinar el nivel de influencia de la implementación del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para contribuir a prevenir riesgos en la empresa Distraroj SAC, Ica, 2023 y la hipótesis general es: La Implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, influyó significativamente en la prevención de riesgos en la empresa Distraroj SAC, Ica, 2023. El tipo de investigación es básico, el nivel de investigación es descriptivo, el diseño de la investigación es no experimental, la población está conformada por los trabajadores de la empresa Distraroj SAC. Una empresa debe contar con un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para proteger la salud de sus empleados, que conlleva que los trabajadores se desempeñan mejor y ganan mayores beneficios, lo que también nos permite minimizar costos por accidentes laborales que ocasiona a la empresa. En este contexto, dado que la empresa no cuenta con un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para reducir riesgos ocupacionales, con su implementación se obtendrá como beneficios el ahorro de costos al evitar sanciones administrativas (multas) por incumplimiento en materia de SST, otros beneficios que también podría obtenerse tales como mejoras en la productividad del personal, calidad de vida, nivel de satisfacción laboral, imagen empresarial, posicionamiento de mercado, entre otros.

The research carried out entitled "Implementation of a safety and health system at work to help prevent risks in the company Distraroj SAC, Ica, 2023", started from the following problem: How does the Implementation of the safety and health system influence in the work to help prevent risks in the company Distraroj SAC, Ica, 2023?, the general objective: Determine the level of influence of the implementation of the safety and health system at work to help prevent risks in the company Distraroj SAC, Ica, 2023 and the general hypothesis is: The Implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, significantly influenced risk prevention in the company Distraroj SAC, Ica, 2023. The type of research is basic, the level of research is descriptive, the research design is nonexperimental, the population is made up of workers from the company Distraroj SAC. A company must have an occupational health and safety system to protect the health of its employees, which means that workers perform better and earn greater benefits, which also allows us to minimize costs due to accidents at work that it causes to the company. In this context, since the company does not have an occupational health and safety system to reduce occupational risks, with its implementation, cost savings will be obtained by avoiding administrative sanctions (fines) for non-compliance in OSH matters, other benefits that could also be obtained such as improvements in staff productivity, quality of life, level of job satisfaction, business image, market positioning, among others.
