Acogimiento Familiar y el Principio de Interés Superior de Niños, Distrito Judicial de Ica, 2023

Abstract

El presente estudio buscó determinar la relación entre el acogimiento familiar y el principio de interés superior de niños, Distrito Judicial de Ica, 2023, en donde el estudio correlacional planteó el recojo de datos por medio del cuestionario, siendo considerada una muestra de 341 profesionales del derecho. Los resultados indicaron que el acogimiento familiar mostró una relación de 0.405 respecto al principio de interés superior del niño, destacándose como una medida esencial para proporcionar un entorno afectivo y estable, promoviendo el desarrollo emocional y social adecuado del menor. El acogimiento familiar con terceros obtuvo una relación de 0.387, priorizando la seguridad y estabilidad del niño, garantizando un entorno seguro y afectuoso. Por último, el acogimiento familiar por afinidad presentó una relación de 0.398, facilitando la integración en un entorno familiar conocido y seguro, esencial para la estabilidad emocional del menor. Se ha concluido que el acogimiento familiar en sus diversas modalidades es fundamental para asegurar el bienestar integral del menor. Esta medida proporciona un entorno seguro y afectuoso, promoviendo su desarrollo emocional y social. La modalidad por afinidad, en particular, facilita la integración en un entorno conocido, lo que es crucial para su estabilidad emocional y adaptación social, protegiendo siempre sus derechos y bienestar.

The present study sought to determine the relationship between foster care and the principle of best interests of children, Judicial District of Ica, 2023, where the correlational study proposed the collection of data through the questionnaire, considering a sample of 341 professionals from the right. The results indicated that foster care showed a relationship of 0.405 with respect to the principle of best interests of the child, standing out as an essential measure to provide an emotional and stable environment, promoting the appropriate emotional and social development of the minor. Family foster care with third parties obtained a ratio of 0.387, prioritizing the safety and stability of the child, guaranteeing a safe and loving environment. Finally, family foster care by affinity presented a relationship of 0.398, facilitating integration into a known and safe family environment, essential for the emotional stability of the minor. It has been concluded that family foster care in its various modalities is essential to ensure the comprehensive well-being of the minor. This measure provides a safe and loving environment, promoting their emotional and social development. The affinity modality, in particular, facilitates integration into a familiar environment, which is crucial for their emotional stability and social adaptation, always protecting their rights and well-being.
