Gestión educativa y calidad del servicio educativo en la Institución Educativa Abraham Valdelomar, Ica - 2022

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo: Establecer el grado de relación existente entre la gestión educativa y calidad del servicio educativo en la Institución Educativa Abraham Valdelomar, Ica2022. Donde se halló la relación existente en las variables en estudio, con el propósito de encontrar la relación existente entre ambas variables Metodológicamente el estudio fue de nivel Correlativo, no experimental como diseño, teniendo una población a 36 docentes nombrados u contratados, se utilizó el tipo de muestreo no probabilístico donde se aplicó un cuestionario describiendo ambas variables y sus dimensiones donde se obtuvo un valor de 0.879 de confiabilidad a través del Rho de Spearman, siendo validados nuestros instrumentos mediante juicios de expertos de la UNICA, llegando a concluir que hay relación significativamente eficiente entre ambas variables como son la gestión educativa y la calidad del servicio en la I.E. Abraham Valdelomar Ica, 2022 en el cual se obtuvo el (RS = 879, significancia de p = .000) aceptándose la hipótesis general, coincidiendo con los resultados (p < 0,05), y una relación del 55.55% en que se concluye que si hay una relación entre las variables de estudio para que se pueda manejar con reflexión y se brinde una calidad en el servicio educativo más eficaz.

The objective of the research was to: Establish the degree of relationship between educational management and quality of educational service at the Abraham Valdemar Educational Institution, Ica-2022. Where the existing relationship was found in the variables under study, with the purpose of finding the existing relationship between both variables. Methodologically, the study was Correlative level, non-experimental as a design, having a population of 36 appointed or hired teachers, the type of non-probabilistic sampling was used where a questionnaire was applied describing both variables and their dimensions where a value of 0.879 was obtained. reliability through Spearman's Rho, our instruments being validated through expert judgments from UNICA, concluding that there is a significantly efficient relationship between both variables such as educational management and the quality of service in the I.E. Abraham Valdemar Ica, 2022 in which the (RS = 879, significance of p = .000) was obtained, accepting the general hypothesis, coinciding with the results (p < 0.05), and a relationship of 55.55% in which it is concluded that if there is a relationship between the study variables so that it can be handled with reflection and a more effective quality of educational service is provided.
