Influencia de un sistema web para realizar la búsqueda de oportunidad laboral en la población de la ciudad de Ica - caso cercado de Ica

Abstract

El objetivo del trabajo de tesis titulado, propone investigar el impacto de un sistema web específicamente diseñado para la búsqueda de oportunidades laborales en la población del Cercado de Ica, una zona de la ciudad de Ica. El estudio se enfocó en varios aspectos clave como el diseño y funcionalidad del sistema Web: Se examinó en detalle la estructura y las características del sistema web utilizado para la búsqueda de empleo. Esto incluyó aspectos como la facilidad de uso, la accesibilidad, la cantidad y calidad de las oportunidades laborales disponibles. Asimismo, se llevó a cabo una encuesta o entrevistas para comprender cómo perciben y utilizan los residentes del Cercado de Ica este sistema web en su búsqueda de empleo. Se investigó su nivel de conocimiento sobre el sistema, su frecuencia de uso, las ventajas percibidas y las dificultades encontradas, se analizó si el uso del sistema web mejoró la eficacia de la búsqueda de empleo de los participantes, esto se evaluó mediante indicadores como la duración de la búsqueda, el número de ofertas de empleo encontradas y la calidad de los trabajos obtenidos, se indicaron los factores que influyeron positiva o negativamente en la utilización del sistema web, incluyendo aspectos como la conectividad a Internet, el nivel de alfabetización digital, la confianza en la tecnología.

The objective of the titled thesis work is to investigate the impact of a web system specifically designed for the search for job opportunities in the population of Cercado de Ica, an area of the city of Ica.
