Gestión del Talento Humano y la Evaluación del Desempeño Laboral en la Gerencia Sub Regional de Castrovirreyna, 2023

Resumen
El trabajo tuvo como propósito determinar la relación existente entre la gestión de talento
humano y la evaluación del desempeño laboral en la Gerencia Sub Regional de Castrovirreyna,
2023; para el caso la problemática se fundamentó con el marco teórico, el mismo que contiene
antecedentes, bases teóricas y marco conceptual; además de los datos de campo.
La metodología, es de tipo aplicada con enfoque cuantitativa, nivel descriptivo –
correlacional, diseño no experimental – correlacional; con una muestra de 31 trabajadores, a un
nivel de confianza del 95% y un p<0,05. En cuanto a las técnicas de recolección de datos se
consideró a la encuesta con su respectivo instrumento, el cuestionario y revisión de documentos;
asimismo para procesar la información se utilizó a la organización, y en la parte estadística se
usó el SPSS v.22 con tabulación de datos, estadística descriptiva y aplicación de chi cuadrado,
donde el valor obtenido de 30.677 es mayor al valor critico de 12.591.
Los resultados obtenidos referentes a las variables concluyen que las situaciones entre la
gestión de talento humano y el desempeño laboral están relacionados porque ayudan a los
trabajadores a alcanzar sus objetivos y los de la empresa; las características del recurso humano
se encuentran relacionados en la planificación, organización, integración, etc. para mejorar la
productividad concerniente a la Gerencia Sub Regional de Castrovirreyna, la gestión de talento
humano radica en brindar respuesta a los cambios experimentados por el alto nivel de
profesionales los mismos que son alentados a realizar propuestas de mejora en sus áreas; por lo
tanto, se puede determinar que existe una correlación estadísticamente positiva buena y
significativa.

The results obtained regarding the variables conclude that the situations between human talent management and job performance are related because they help workers achieve their objectives and those of the company; The characteristics of human talent are related to planning, organization, integration, etc. To improve productivity of concern to the Sub Regional Management of Castrovirreyna, human talent management lies in providing a response to the changes experienced by the high level of professionals who are talented in making proposals for improvement in their areas; Therefore, it can be determined that there is a statistically positive, good and significant evaluation.
