Resumen
La calidad del servicio educativo influye directamente en la experiencia y satisfacción
de los estudiantes, lo que impacta en su desempeño y percepción de la formación recibida. En
este contexto, es fundamental evaluar cómo se relacionan estos factores para identificar áreas de
mejora. Este estudio buscó determinar la relación entre la calidad del servicio educativo y la
satisfacción de los estudiantes del VIII ciclo de la carrera de Educación Inicial de la Universidad
Nacional "San Luis Gonzaga", 2023. A través de un estudio correlacional con enfoque
cuantitativo, se tomó una muestra conformada por 105 estudiantes del VIII ciclo de la carrera de
Educación Inicial, a los cuales se le aplicaron las encuestas SERVPERF para medir la calidad de
servicio y SUE para medir la satisfacción, encontrando una correlación fuerte y positiva entre la
calidad del servicio educativo y la satisfacción (r = 0.85). En cuanto a las dimensiones, la
correlación con los aspectos académicos fue de 0.801, con los aspectos administrativos de 0.726,
con la infraestructura y servicios educativos de 0.650, y con el compromiso del estudiante de
0.444. Por tanto, se concluyó que existe una relación significativa entre la calidad del servicio
educativo y la satisfacción. Se recomendó que la universidad implemente mecanismos de
evaluación y mejora continua en los servicios educativos, asegurando que estos se alineen con las
expectativas y necesidades de los estudiantes para fortalecer su satisfacción y experiencia
académica.
The quality of educational services directly influences students' experience and satisfaction, which impacts their performance and perception of the training received. In this context, it is essential to evaluate how these factors are related to identify areas for improvement. This study sought to determine the relationship between the quality of educational services and the satisfaction of students in the 8th cycle of the Early Childhood Education program at the National University "San Luis Gonzaga", 2023. Through a correlational study with a quantitative approach, a sample of 105 students from the 8th cycle of the Early Childhood Education program was taken. The SERVPERF survey was used to measure service quality and the SUE survey was used to measure educational satisfaction. A strong and positive correlation was found between the quality of educational services and educational satisfaction (r = 0.85). Regarding the dimensions, the correlation with academic aspects was 0.801, with administrative aspects 0.726, with infrastructure and educational services 0.650, and with student engagement 0.444. Therefore, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the quality of educational services and educational satisfaction. It was recommended that the university implement evaluation and continuous improvement mechanisms in educational services, ensuring that they align with student expectations and needs to strengthen their satisfaction and academic experience.
