The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of three biofertilizers applied in different concentrations on the yield of Superior variety grapevines (Vitis vinifera L.) in the district of Santiago, Ica. The research was experimental, applied, and explanatory in nature, and was conducted at the Garayar farm under the hot, arid conditions typical of the lower Ica Valley. A completely randomized block design was used with 10 treatments (including the control) and 3 replicates, totaling 30 experimental units. The results showed that biofertilizers had positive effects on the number and width of the clusters, with treatments T9 (Bionutrient at a dose of 5.0 L/cil.) and T3 (Terrabiol soil at a rate of 50 L/ha.) standing out. No significant differences were observed in cluster length or total yield. This suggests that the impact of biofertilizers is more oriented toward qualitative improvement of the crop than quantitative increase. The economic analysis determined that T9 (Bio Nutrient 5.0 L/ha) was the most efficient, generating the highest net income (S/ 252,522), the highest net margin (S/ 46.50/kg), and the best return index (7.83). Although T3 achieved a slightly higher absolute net income (S/ 256,236), its margin per kilogram (S/ 34.28) was lower due to input costs. It is concluded that biofertilization with Bio Nutrient at 5.0 L/ha optimizes profitability and commercial quality in export viticulture.
