Resumen
El distrito de Ocucaje posee riquezas, atractivos turísticos y recursos que debidamente puestos en
valor pueden ubicar a este distrito entre los más llamativos de la región Ica y del Perú.
Ocucaje entre su gran Patrimonio Cultural e Histórico atesora uno de los más extensos
cementerios paleontológicos del planeta y restos arqueológicos que han sido ubicados en
diferentes sitios del distrito.
El problema principal es ¿Cómo fomentar el valor del distrito a partir de la historia, patrimonio
cultural y turístico en un espacio educacional, cultural y recreacional?, conjunto a otros problemas
específicos los cuales son ¿Cómo influye la falta de equipamientos arquitectónicos en el distrito?,
¿Qué impacto negativo conlleva el desarrollo urbano informal en el distrito de Ocucaje, con
respecto al patrimonio natural, cultural y turístico? y ¿Por qué promover talleres podría impulsar
la educación?
Se plantea desarrollar un proyecto arquitectónico que responde a la problemática, en la cual se
brinde espacios como talleres, biblioteca, sum, museo entre otros; que fomenten la educación y
recreación abarcando la historia, cultura y turismo del distrito.
Plantear equipamientos arquitectónicos funcionales y sostenibles, teniendo en cuenta el factor
bioclimático, variables ambientales, área de influencia en la zona; generando un efecto positivo.
El proyecto aportaría un lugar donde fomentar como prioridad la educación, la recreación y
patrimonio turístico. Con los talleres, museos, entre otros ambientes Ocucaje generará realce
como distrito, como también un ingreso económico, ya que no solo estaría disponible para los
pobladores netos, sino también para los turistas.
The district of Ocucaje possesses riches, attractions and resources that, properly valued, can place this district among the most attractive in the Ica region and in Peru. Ocucaje, among its great Cultural and Historical Heritage, treasures one of the largest paleontological cemeteries on the planet and archaeological remains that have been located in different places in the district. The main problem: How to promote the value of the district based on history, cultural and tourist heritage in an educational, cultural and recreational space? Together with other problems, how does the lack of architectural equipment influence the district? What impact negative does the informal urban development in the district of Ocucaje entail, with respect to the natural, cultural and tourist patrimony? And why promoting workshops could boost education? It is proposed to develop an architectural project that responds to the problem, in which spaces such as workshops, library, sum, museum among others are provided; that promote education and recreation covering the history, culture and tourism of the district. Propose functional and sustainable architectural equipment offering comfort, taking into account the bioclimatic factor, environmental variables, area of influence in the area; to know their shortcomings and weaknesses; thus generate a positive effect. The project would provide a place to promote education, recreation and tourist heritage as a priority. With the workshops, museums, among other environments, Ocucaje will generate enhancement as a district, as well as an economic income, since it would not only be available to net residents, but also to tourists.
